Oakwood Skilled Nursing

Oakwood Senior Living opened a state-of-the-art,60-bed facility on Madison’s West side in 2023. This new building provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to elderly as well as those with short term care needs.​

Creative Business Interiors provided furniture design services for all areas of the building and guided the Oakwood team in a selection process that yielded the best products for their unique and sensitive clients (including considering equity for hospice and bariatric patients). Further guidance was provided for the development of staff workstation typicals and nursing stations, as well as furnishings for the physical therapy gym, meditation space, salon, and pharmacy. ​

The Creative team worked with key manufactures Knoll and OFS to lead the conversation surrounding project discounting for the best value to the client. The Creative team also helped to develop the building’s artwork package and rounded out the building with accessories for the building’s shared spaces.
