JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled, full-time Warehouse Services Technician to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate
with our Furniture Coordination, Field Operations, and Installation teams to receive, organize, stage, and distribute commercial furniture and related materials. Responsibilities include maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse, preparing products for installation, supporting receiving and inventory activities, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting with deliveries, jobsite support, and day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute incoming furniture, materials, and supplies.
  • Load, unload, stage, and prepare products for installation projects.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, inventory, and storage areas.
  • Operate forklifts, warehouse equipment, and company vehicles safely.
  • Support installation teams with deliveries, jobsite logistics, product movement, and cleanup.
  • Perform general warehouse, facility, and equipment maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow company procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to learn company software, warehouse processes, and inventory systems.
  • Ability to read packing slips, shipping documents, and product information.
  • Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and maintain safe work practices.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a full-time skilled Lead Furniture Technician to perform furniture installation for commercial interiors. In this role, you will plan, direct, and lead others on projects; working with all departments to ensure projects are installed on time while providing excellent customer service. Your ability to be methodical, detailed, and friendly will lend you success in this role.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret installation drawings.
  • Lead and control a medium to large sized installation.
  • Excellent communication skills with client, project manager, and site sub-contractors.
  • High level understanding of specific furniture lines.
  • Install worksurfaces and case-goods at a high level.
  • Lead and organize a crew of several installers, including training as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule work with other trades.
  • Complete required paperwork, including change orders.
  • Hang cantilevers and overheads.
  • Install MillerKnoll electrical.
  • Job site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.
  • Possess trouble-shooting ability, including problem solving and communication.
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess knowledge of installing commercial office furnishings.
