About Us

Founded in 1991, Creative Business Interiors was created to fill a growing niche: helping clients design, build, furnish, and maintain their commercial facilities. Creative was built on the expertise of co-owners Gary Zimmerman, Jr. and Stephanie Anderson, who combined their years of design and construction knowledge with their experiences in the design/build and commercial furnishings industry.

Creative’s ownership team grew in 2002 when John Norfolk joined Gary and Stephanie as a partner in the business, following 14 years in Sales and Regional Management with Knoll, a leading designer and manufacturer of commercial and residential furniture.

In 2023, as Stephanie moved into retirement, Creative welcomed a new owner, Rebecca Gaylord. Rebecca joined Gary and John in ownership as the majority shareholder and became President of the company. Rebecca has been an integral part of Creative since 2004, working her way up through design and sales roles with increasing responsibilities. Rebecca is a frequent award recipient for her leadership in the business industry, and her knowledge and experience in the Interior Design industry makes her an excellent asset to Creative, our partners, and our clients.

Today, the three owners maintain involvement in all aspects of the sales and operations of Creative and are recognized for their hands-on collaboration with their team. They continue to focus on providing exceptional service while building long-term relationships with their clients, employees, and vendors.
