Creative performed their full design, build, furnish service in a recent renovation for local investment firm, Nicholas Company. Nicholas Company relocated to a floor in the centrally-located 411 East Wisconsin Center in downtown Milwaukee. This purchase required a complete renovation of the space, updating it from its dated 1985 interior.
Nicholas Company sought a high-end executive workspace to match their brand image. Starting with a thorough space design, Creative reworked the floorplan to house new work areas, private offices, conference rooms, a break room, and reception area. Demolition, interior construction, and finishing followed to bring the workplace design to reality. This renovation allowed the Nicholas Company brand image to be infused throughout work areas, making the space uniquely theirs.
To emulate professionalism, Creative installed rich, neutral-toned furnishings and walnut wood casegoods. Custom tables were installed in conference rooms, accompanied by high-quality executive chairs. Knoll Reff was used in private offices, offering ample storage and technology integration. Work areas were customized with Knoll’s Dividend workstations and Generation high task chairs.
The timeless, modern executive aesthetic captured in Nicholas Company’s new office will carry the brand well into the future.
