Event Essentials Windsor, WI

Event Essentials is an event planning and rental company, specializing in weddings and other special occasion events, that was in desperate need of an exciting and engaging retail showroom and office space. They contracted with Creative Business Interiors for a full range of services – design, build and furnish.

The assignment was to create an enhanced client experience that allowed creativity to flourish between Event Planners and clients in a dynamic and interactive showroom space where they can pull items from readily accessible table linens, place settings, stemware and decorative accessories to create one-of-a-kind event tablescapes. The square footage of the new showroom and office was limited to 1500 SF – the space plan needed to be sharply efficient and accommodate reception and showroom, offices for the Event Planners, storage and display, and meeting space. The resulting Event Essentials showroom is a success in terms of both exceeding the client’s expectations with the aesthetics and functionality of the space, and creating that all within budget.
